Let’s move together

For years I had wanted to work on my flexibility but didn’t really know where to start. I tried some online group classes but as time went on I was feeling stiffer and more uncomfortable in my body. Working with Gracie is such a joy! She is an absolute pro and the depth of her knowledge never ceases to amaze me. She is patient and kind and motivating and has been such an example of how I should treat my body. I have learned so much and I look forward to our sessions together every week! I don’t think I would have achieved what I have without her. Thank you Gracie for sharing your gift.
